Publication

Australia complete patent applications are published either after 18 months from the priority date of the application or upon acceptance being advertised in the Official Patents Journal.

Innovation patents, as they are accepted without any substantive examination,  are published soon after filing once they are also advertised as accepted in the Official Patents Journal.
