Howard is the Managing Partner of Collison & Co and has been in the patent attorney profession since 1956 (except for a period between 1960-1964 when practising as an Electrical Engineer in the United Kingdom).
He is a past President of the Institute of Patent Attorneys of Australia. His long involvement in professional associations including the Licensing Executives Society, Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand, and the Asian Patent Attorneys Association has resulted in Howard travelling widely, making many international contacts in the field of Intellectual Property.
He has also presented papers on Intellectual Property matters to a number of organisations in Australia and overseas and lectures to Academic Institutions. |
